Deposit Agreement

Initial annual fees for the deposited software: 2 980 € HT

• Contract initialization and preparation of initial deposit with project or software manager (a half-day),
• Realization and verification of the deposit at the Depositor's premises (a day),
• Issue of the verification report and the deposit certificate,
• Travelling expenses incurred by LOGITAS in the ILE de FRANCE area for the reception of the deposited elements in the Depositor's premises,
• Deposited elements storage,
• A complementary update if this doesn’t generate any verification process nor travel to LOGITAS.

Annual fees for the deposited software (starting the second year): 2 275 € HT

• Realization and verification of the deposit at the Depositor's premises (a half-day),
• Issue of the verification report and the deposit certificate,
• Travelling expenses incurred by LOGITAS in the ILE de FRANCE area for the reception of the deposited elements in the Depositor's premises,
• Storage of deposited elements,
• A complementary update if this doesn’t generate any verification process nor travel to LOGITAS.

Information Subscription Agreement

The Information Subscription Agreement is designed to allow the Final Users to receive directly from LOGITAS a monitoring of the Escrow Agreement:

• Delivery of deposit certificates once a year, with a synthesis table if required,
• Notification of the Subscriber by recorded letter in case of final default of Depositor.

Annual fees for the deposited software: 350 € HT

Annual fees for additional software: 250 € HT

Additional fees

• Any extra time spent by LOGITAS, including time required for modification or adaptation of LOGITAS' standard escrow agreement, will be charged € 780 excluding VAT per half-day,
• Housing expenses based on a 2 star hotel standard,
• Travel expenses in metropolitan France and outside the ILE de FRANCE area based on the French Tax rate for a 7 CV car,
• Travel expenses and travel time to process deposits outside metropolitan France shall be the subject of a specific quote,
• Any request for copy of deposited material will be the subject to a quote.

Delivery of a copy of the deposit

Delivery of a copy of the deposit to a Beneficiary: 2 500 € HT

• Execution of deposit delivery procedure as described in LOGITAS agreement,
• Time required for the copy of deposited media and cost of media.

Price review

Tariffs are revised annually on January 1st of each year upon the initiative of LOGITAS alone, based on the following formula:

P = The revised price for the following year,

PO = the price of the present contract for the past year,

SO = The index published by SYNTEC for the month of August of the year before last,

S1 = The index published by SYNTEC for the month of August of last year.

Such price review will apply at the anniversary date of the Deposit Agreement.

These fees are available until December 31st, 2023
