Storage of successive deposits and updates via stockpiling This activity comprises the storage and release of Deposits. Deposits are stored in duplicate in two geographically distinct locations and can be permanently or temporarily returned according to predefined contractual procedures, or because the Depositor needs access to a particular version of the software that he cannot find in his own archives (believe us - it happens). Predefined procedures may involve release to an End User or Authorized Third Party according to the LOGITAS Standard contractual release procedure or any specific release procedure contractually agreed by both the Depositor and his End User or other stakeholder. In case of the termination of a LOGITAS Escrow Agreement, either by the Depositor or by LOGITAS, the deposited elements will be stored by LOGITAS for one year. The deposit will remain accessible to an End User or Authorized Third Party during that one year period according to the LOGITAS Standard Release Procedure or according to the specific release procedure previously agreed to by both Depositor and End User or Authorized Third Party.
