The LOGITAS contractual system is based on bipartite agreements:
- The Specific Agreement between the Beneficiary and the Depositor (license, partnership...),
- An escrow agreement between the Depositor and LOGITAS
- A Subscription Agreement between Beneficiaries who want to and LOGITAS.

Presentation of the Deposit Information Subscription Agreement
An End User having entered into a valid license agreement is de facto protected by the relevant Software Deposit made with LOGITAS. The subscription contract will provide him a direct contractual relation with LOGITAS in order to receive the following information:
- Receive at least every year all of the up-to-date Deposit certificates he is concerned by,
- Being warned by LOGITAS by registered mail with return notice in case any permanent default of the Depositor,
- Being warned by LOGITAS by registered mail with return notice in case of a retrieval of part or all the deposited material by the Depositor (for example retrieval of an old version which still may be subject to a verification by the Tax Department, FDA, SEC or any other tutelage authority). LOGITAS grants all Beneficiaries who have subscribe to this Agreement that the material will remain at their disposal at least 12 month after the warning, enabling them to directly deal with de Depositor about another equivalent Escrow Agreement or ask for the release of the deposited software,
- Receive an annual review of deposits made for the subscriber protection when multiple.
You will therefore be guaranteed that your provider will comply with the escrow provision he agreed to under the completion of the license and/or maintenance agreement and that you have up-to-date deposits to fall back on in case of its possible failure.
